These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") and any on-line or written order form for the purchase of the Outputs (as herein defined) (each, an "Outputs Order"), collectively constitute a binding agreement between GrowGlad, Inc. ("GrowGlad") and you or the legal entity you represent ("Customer" or "you").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the LinkedIn password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
2. USE OF SERVICE
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
3. USER CONTENT
You are solely responsible for the content you post via the Service. You represent that all content provided by you is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
By posting content to the Service, you give us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your content subject to these Terms.
4. AI TRAINING
By using our Service, you agree that we can use your posts (excluding any personal identification information) to train our AI. This includes understanding readability, tone, and other non-identifiable metrics.
5. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
6. CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
